Own Work?

[edit]
English: It was very good of Rudolf Hanzelik to take this picture around 1930/1940 and to upload it in 2012 as his own work. According to the EXIF data, however, he used a Canon MP 210 camera, and Canon started selling the MP series not before 2005. Therefore I assume that he just made a copy from an older photo, which does not create an independent work. The copyright remains with the original photographer or her/his heirs. As we do not know the original photographer this picture could be a copyright violation. A pity, since it's an interesting picture. Rudolf Hanzelik does not seem to be active now, so we cannot ask him about details. If he is the same person as in a report by Hunedoara Mea[1] he suffered a serious accident last year. I hope he has recovered well.

You're probably right, but according to en:Transylvanian_mining_railway#Locomotives_and_rolling_stock the last steam locomotive on this line was retired in 1982, so the picture is from before. Thus. {{PD-RO-photo}} applies. I made the changes.--Strainu (talk) 14:39, 24 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
