Saint Julien

The saint represented on this picture is probably not Saint Julien the Hospitalier but Saint Julien de Brioude. Brioude is a small town at about 50 km from this church, so the probability is relatively high this is Saint Julien de Brioude. Unfortunately Saint Julien de Brioude is represented with a palm and a sword like Saint Julienhe hospitalier. As I have no proof of the exact representation, I prefer not to put a wrong category.
