The species is NOT Carabus hortensis / Střevnlík zahradní. It's most likely Calosoma auropunctatum. Note the transverse and very rounded pronotum with short and rounded hind angles; nearly parallel sided elytrae, which are less pointed posteriorly; very characteristic elytral sculpture - with three rows of differently colored foveae and three rows of striae between foveae.
