Inexact borders

Hey man, great map, but the borders are somewhat inexact. For tj/dj reflexes, see below, they are way to the west of the Bulgarian border. Also, as regards the merger of the yers, no, the yers in Torlak (at least in the east) are not completely merged, see http://ibl.bas.bg/lib/bda/#page/60/mode/1up and http://ibl.bas.bg/lib/bda/#page/63/mode/1up.
