On this panoramio link, in May 2008, the copyright owner, Mr. Chaieb gave permission for this image to be used on wikipedia. See the discussion below:

- Sadok Chaieb, the copyright owner responds the same day with this statement: “Avec plaisir, vous pouvez bien l'utiliser sur wikipédia. Faites moi signe, quand vous la mettez en ligne.”

Since, in 2008, WikiCommons accepted images with this type of permission (it did not become strict with image permissions until 2009 according to Admin Lupo), this image should be kept.
