Finna ID

Finnish museum of photography has ID with / -character, which should be url-encoded into %2F. However, adding that causes wiki to add extra encoding on top which mangles the ID unusable. Therefore, the direct link in structured data is not working at the moment. Commons should either ignore it when / has been encoded into %2F or realize that it needs to encode / itself from raw format (which it doesn't at the moment). Looking for a solution..
