The cover is composed of two elements: a well-known PD Photo ([1] or [2]) of 1905 and some trivial text. So it is in PD. --Balabinrm (talk) 15:51, 24 December 2017 (UTC) P.S.: @Ronhjones: --Balabinrm (talk) 15:52, 24 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Balabinrm: : In the Deletion discussion you said, that {{PD-trivial}} should say its not public domain. The template does refere to COM:TOO and per Commons:Threshold_of_originality#United_Kingdom this text is very likely copyrighted. The selection of color, size, wording and in general the writing is sweat of the brow. The book was first published in the UK, so UK law applies per Commons:Licensing#Interaction_of_US_and_non-US_copyright_law. I wont start a new deletion request, its non of my business, I just want to point out that your demand that the template must point you to the unfree status and the differences between various countries is fulfilled. I dont like people not reading and arguing on this basis. --Martin H. (talk) 18:54, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
