I think it can be inferred quite well if you click on one of the photos there in order to enlarge it ... http://www.mueglitztalbahn.de/bilder/br84/sweckle.htm ... I also see a relation to ... https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Beugniot_bogie.png ... by the same author. Hunting for copyright violations is sometimes a bit over the top imho, almost became a religion. If somebody complains it should be the author of another original work, don't you think ?
