No FoP in France. When was this made? By whom? When did he die? The information template does not give enough details to establish the copyright status of this image. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 22:36, 14 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at http://www.flickr.com/photos/loloieg/223577353/ I find it unlikely that this shield has withstood the salt of the ocean and the rest of the elements so well since 1890. I believe that it was made significantly less than 70 years ago. /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 10:34, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe, maybe not, it's not the same kind of stone anyway. One could guess that it was restored (and restorations do not create new copyright in France), but it would only be a guess, so I suggest you make this discussion a DR, unless your aim here is only to bother me. --Eusebius (talk) 10:47, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Purpose was to demonstrate to you that this relief is less documented and certainly younger than the images in your Commons:Deletion requests/File:Gratia-a-son-chevalet.JPG. Think of that when you tag photos as "no source". /Pieter Kuiper (talk) 13:17, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I think you don't truly measure the intensity I put in not caring about your opinion on my actions. My sentence is probably an insult to English grammar and syntax, but I'm sure you understand the general meaning: it is useless for you to come make a point by using my pictures. If you think one of my pictures is problematic, you have several ways of action and you know them, just act. If you think I'm wrong, you have several ways of questionning my actions or behaviour without being personal, and you know them. I have no problem with being wrong in my evaluations and being told so, I have no problem with people expressing opposite opinions and arguments, I would have no problem should you publicly criticize my actions so that my behaviour may be regulated by the community. I have only contempt for your current way of doing. I once respected your opinion per se, but it was a long time ago.
Additionally, if you think my ego, pride or self-esteem is affected by my pictures being removed from Commons, I'm afraid you're (partly) mistaken. Several of my photographs have been deleted, and I believe they were all nominated by me. --Eusebius (talk) 14:03, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
