I did my best to determine if the image is in the public domain or not. Various articles I read and this Indiana law seem to indicate so. I'm not entirely sure it matters, but these are the conditions of how I was able to obtain this image: I'm in possession of a Sagamore of the Wabash because I was a recipient of one, and I made a scanned copy of the document (not the original electronic copy they probably used to produce it). If someone has a better interpretation of how the copyright should be determined, please advise and/or fix the copyright information I have set the image as. - P motch (talk) 15:48, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
