1913 Packard "Dominant" Six model 1-38 touring. It is easy to identify as it has the sixes long hood, and the 1-38 was the first Packard offered with left hand drive; larger 2-48 remained RHD. The Six 1-48 was introduced for the 1912 model year, so it became the 2-48 the following season.
