German text: "beim Seilabwurf" means somewhat as "at the moment of rope release or dropping".

But it seems to me that the rope in the foto ist hanging through (has not much tension force) but is still connected with the plane. Then the German text describes something that will come in the near future, possibly in the next moments.

Deutsch: Hi, da es ja um die deutsche Beschreibung geht antworte ich mal auf deutsch: Kommt drauf an, wie man den Vorgang des Seilabwurfs definiert. Wenn es nur um das Ausklinken des Seils geht hast du Recht, das Seil ist noch eingehakt und wird sich in den nächsten Sekunden oder Bruchteilen davon lösen. Wenn man aber das Anfliegen und "Zielen" auch zum Prozess des Abwurfs dazu nimmt (das ist ja kein normaler Landeanflug; die Schleppmaschine startet danach durch und fliegt dann erneut an, zumindest in diesem Fall), kann man das schon als "beim Seilabwurf" bezeichnen. Denke, "Sekunden vor dem Ausklinkes des Schleppseils" ist da noch ein bisschen präziser.
