But the Terms of Use of http://www.kw.emb-japan.go.jp/japanese/bunka/katsudo/katsudo_top.htm had been based on the Government of Japan Standard Terms of Use (Ver.2.0) on April 4, 2016. But 49.239.76.177 (talk • contribs • WHOIS • RBL • abusefilter • tools • guc • stalktoy • block user • block log) says "License GJSTU1" (= the Government of Japan Standard Terms of Use (Ver.1.0)).
