There is nothing wrong with having multiple maps, to reflect history and ongoing disputes. They just have to be accurately and fairly labeled and described. Image:Sr-map.png is lacking in name and description, but I have uploaded a similar image, Image:2006 Serbia-CIA WFB Map.png, which is from the 2006 CIA World Factbook. It is from the 2006 upload at Image:Serbia-CIA WFB Map.png. The most recent upload there shows Kosovo as fully independent, but I agree the 2006 version is still valuable.
