Hi User:Magog the Ogre the file is available on c:File:Ray Cooper November 2018.png can you please elaborate why the Wiki copy cannot be deleted now ? regards. --DBigXray 17:24, 10 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@DBigXray: the image still lacks proof of permission and will be deleted within a month unless it is provided. Magog the Ogre (tc) 03:19, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
User:Magog the Ogre thanks for your kind reply. I understand your concern. But I note that the same OTRS template has been added at both Wikipedia and Commons page. AFAI understand the ultimate destination is indeed commons if the OTRS ticket verification goes smoothly. I still believe that one copy (preferably the wiki copy) should be deleted to remove the redundancy. --DBigXray 04:59, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@DBigXray: you can believe that but policy prevents speedy deletion. WP:CSD#F8: an image may only be deleted provided that "The image's license and source status is beyond reasonable doubt, and the license is undoubtedly accepted at Commons. " Until then, you will need to go through PROD or FFD. Magog the Ogre (tc) 01:40, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
User:Magog the Ogre agree that CSD may not be possible, even PROD may not be applicable since it may be deemed controversial. I guess waiting for the OTRS ticket or AfD will be the apt option. this discussion was helpful. regards. --DBigXray 08:32, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
