This is a parafinated block for rat control. Commonly, nowadays, in Spain (I don't know in other contries how it rules, but I presume that Europe is the the same market and producers) reddish blocks and other presentations are commonly made of bromadiolone (coumarine) and blue presentations are usually composed of brodifacoum or other anticoagulants.
