I photographed this scene looking from the footpath outside 28 Bournevale Road, Streatham in 1985. Out of interest, the scene is little changed today: https://goo.gl/maps/9EfCzEuApYL2 - except the hedgerows lining the street are mostly gone, with most/all of the house forecourts opened up for car parking. Prices for a flat have changed a bit too over 30 years (were £30,000 now £235,000 or so...). Tony 1212 (talk) 18:35, 28 November 2018 (UTC)
