OK, now I've used the traslation of the source that Ex13 gives to me:

«For the right side of the ship steering character is parallelogram equal pages, of which two pages are laid horizontally, and the remaining two under the angle of 67.50. Steering sign is divided from left to right in three fields in the ratio 1:1:5, the first field in red, another white, and blue third. With the center at 3 / 5 level and the half-length Blue fields, is situated character shapes Circle diameter 3 / 5 length of the field»

and I have changed the measures: 100 pixels for the base width (i.e. the width measured horizontally at the base line) of the red stripe, 100 pixels base width of the white stripe and 500 pixels base width of the blue stripe. Than the circle logo diameter is 3/5 (i.e. 300 pixels) of the base width of the blue stripe. Hope is better now (remember to refresh your browser cache).
