Hello that File is only a sreenshot of a Wikipedia page not of Windows or something else! What's the problem?! But it's ok if you delete this because I do not this file any more. But please say me what's the problem!! --Temporaer (talk) 15:39, 29 June 2010 (UTC)

If it's a screenshot of Wikipedia, you should provide a link to the article so that all the authors are properly attributed (as required by the GFDL and cc-by-sa licenses). However, it doesn't look much like a Wikipedia page, and I'm also unsure about the copyright status of the coat of arms in the middle. –Tryphon^☂ 15:52, 29 June 2010 (UTC)

It's a modified screenshot of this page. It's by the way a draft for the "cleanup Styria" ("QS-Steiermark") in the German Wikipedia in my User Page. Actually my draft looks so. The coatof arms in the middle is the coat of arms of Styria. See also: .
