This has evidently been adapted from a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) graphic. From my professional experience - and a quick literature search - I cannot find any record of a peripherally-routed PAC. These are almost exclusively inserted via an IJV introducer sheath (mostly right sided). I will therefore remove this from the Pulmonary Artery Catheter page to mitigate any confusion it may cause. 87.115.152.74 15:25, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
