What exactly *is* this flag?

So @Louis de Lauban, what exactly is this flag? Hervé Pinoteau was born in 1927 yet the flag is referenced on Wikipedia as being "ca. 1815". You didn't include a source for the design and I can find practically nothing on it, would you mind sharing because I genuinely love the design and would like to know more. Hi, this flag was designed by Hervé Pinoteau, it is a political flag for nowdays french legitimists royalists, it didn't existed in 1815. The designe was created for the legitimist french agency SICRE in 1986 (you can find the original design here : http://lesroissouterrains.over-blog.com/2016/02/royal-autocollant-du-s-i-c-r-e-1986.html). It was proposed as a flag maybe circa 2010 (I must find the exact date in some books I have). Louis de Lauban (talk) 17:34, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
