Why is someone else claiming to have made this?

I drew this map in MS Paint during high school (I was into Celts, ancient languages, etc). So why do I view it now and find someone else ( JasonAQuest ) claiming to have created it? I originally put it on Wikipedia, not this guy. I know I haven't been an active contributor on here for years, but come on. Kentynet (talk)
