According to a recent biography of Angelika Balabanoff (Maria Lafont: The Strange Comrade Balabanoff: The Life of a Communist Rebel, Jefferson (North Carolina): McFarland 2016, p. 204.) this picture does not show her but Rachele Mussolini.
