As per my talk page, my preferred naming there would be Polish scouts with Golden Arrow 02.jpg — billinghurst sDrewth 13:57, 3 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Per the Scouting WikiProject MOS, Scout in this sense is always capitalized in English, we would prefer it in caps. Gramatically it may not be right but it is the convention. --Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 11:51, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
