This picture was sent to me via e-mail by the person on the picture,
giving me permission to use it on the wiki – project, the source is not “obviously a textbook or internet page” but a pure quality digital picture.

Yikrazuul apparently has a personal grudge against me,
because I’m not agreeing in his former deletion requests.

While the copyvio-speedy was clearly not appropriate, I have tagged it as no-permission, as you need to provide evidence for your claim about "copyrighted free use". --Túrelio (talk) 13:22, 2 December 2012 (UTC)

I don’t know how to “provide” more “evidence” then that the person sent the picture, after I mailed him for a picture to put on the wiki project.
It isn’t an attempt to be smart, or obstinate, but I apparently can’t upload a picture to everyone’s satisfaction, I’m thinking about giving up, helping the Wikimedia Commons. -- Gddea - Daniel E. Als-Juliussen (talk) 16:15, 21 April 2013 (UTC)

Sometimes it is difficult to figure out the policies about image licensing. But "to use it on the wiki-project" is nowhere near sufficient. It has to be in essence "to use anywhere by anyone for any purpose", a much broader statement--the green box you added does say this. Could you clarify which is correct? I can send you the email I recived, with the picture. from the man him self, from his official danish parlement email adress, he gives "anyone, the right to use it"

I think that is exactly the type of license release that is needed. Please forward the email to COMMONS:OTRS--you'll receive a ticket# to post here, which will identify that email in a central permissions database. Nobody except the OTRS volunteers have access to the database (so your email will remain confidential), but anyone can ask those volunteers to confirm that the permission is granted.
