I don't think this photo shows Matthew Cream - looking at other photos of him online, they're quite different.

I think I understand where the mistake came from - I think it was this match. That lists the other officials who worked that day. As well as Matthew Cream, there was Sergei Grishchenko (listed in the twitter photo, and visible in it at the left, holding the ball). Another photo of Grishchenko is at https://www.goalzz.com/?referee=986
