I have been searching very much for this picture. Many publications of Werckmeister are public, on the web, in facsimile version: these facsimile are generally published by a library that has the original book (thesr are books of the 17-th century !!}. Fortunately I found, on the web as well, a pdf publication of Johan Norbacq, containing a copy of the facsimile of the title page (as mentioned in the text I put on wiki "well temperament"). It means the picture is public. I assume there is no copyright on pages of books of the 17-th century, but when uploading the picture I could not find the right place to put a tag, to make clear to what category the picture belongs.
