Looks like Pterostylis alobula. Long petiole on rosette leaves (bottom of pic.), top of galea close porrect, long thread-like tips on lateral sepals, broad V-shaped sinus. Difficult to see labellum. P. alobula is widespread on North Island including Auckland and Rangitoto Is. Flowering time also agrees.
