License Issue

I liked this picture and wanted to use this circuit diagram officially, believing it is licensed in CC. Sadly, I checked the source and the reference says it is copied from Texas Instrument's whitepaper. In their file, they explicitly claims that you cannot use their intellectual property. In the last page of the link, they said:

"(...) These resources are intended for skilled developers designing with TI products. (...) TI grants you permission to use these resources only for development of an application that uses the TI products described in the resource. Other reproduction and display of these resources is prohibited. No license is granted to any other TI intellectual property right or to any third party intellectual property right."

 - Never mind, I did not know much about the circuit design and the copyright. As I figured out that copyright law does not apply to circuit design but only on their drawings, it seems okay as you drew it yourself.
