Hi Jeff,
It seems to me that this specimen is not a certain Oligia strigilis (unless, of course, you have examined the genitalia. Have you?).
The curving of the postmedial line is perhaps not conclusive in this case though it rather suggests O. latruncula (or O. versicolor) to me. The same applies to the black projections along the veins from the postmedian line into the marginal area which seem weak and narrow (as in O. latruncula and O. versicolor).
In conclusion, this is probably not O. strigilis but rather another Oligia species, perhaps O. latruncula or maybe even a dark form of O. versicolor. If you have kept the specimen it should be easy to identify by the genitalia. If you have not kept it the best name to put on this image is Oligia spec., perhaps latruncula.
