A historical urban peripheral area within city limit of Joseon's capital city Hanseong, the Seonjeosimni had not left any exact demarcation markers. Though some of original researchers argue that '사산금표' as demarcation marker for Seonjeosimni, current research articles from Seoul Historiography Institute, an official history institute of Seoul Special City Government, denies such argument, as '사산금표' was just a marker only for prohibiting deforestation around Seoul city in Joseon era. See page 95 to 100 in following book in Korean 서울역사편찬원 E-Book > 조선시대 다스림으로 본 성저십리 (서울역사중점연구 5) So please be notified that using this map as reference can lead to severe academic error on understanding of Korean history.
