This photo was taken after the oldest portion of the barn complex was taken apart by students from the North Bennet Street School's Preservation Carpentry department. The barn was in very bad condition and requires substantial repairs to the oak frame. The little barn is believed to have been built in the early 18th century in the English style and a rare example of a small, two-bay design.
