I added {{PD-UK-unknown}} because I concluded that this was a British poster, on the basis of the style of the image and the text. I have now noticed that the lamp has a Bayonet mount. This indicates that the poster was intended for the UK and/or for the British Empire. This supports my assessment that the poster was probably published in the UK.
