The monument was raised in 1925 according to the years given in the text of the monument and literary sources. According to the text in the monument "Nils Oskar Jansson reste stenen". ("Nils Oskar Jansson raised the memorial stone"). The person Nils Oskar Jansson died in 1927, so if he planned the monument, the monument as artwork is in public domain. If someone else planned or/and realised the monuument according to his initiative, the information about who possibly planned or realised the monument, has not been reached.
