There is no copyright problem at all. The photograph was taken in the 1930'. It was published in a periodical - in 1940 - Film Szinház Irodalom - October, 1940 - Nr 42. So, whats the problem ? After beeing published - in 1940 - 70 years in the case of unknown photographer = that is 2010. please read and try to understand what is written in Template:PD-old
This template should be used for files whose authors died more than 70 years ago
when there is no known author, then there is no death, in that case we agreed to take c:Template:PD-old-assumed, when (when!) the picture is older than 120 years, that is 1900 from now.

According to the hungarian law: In the case of unknown photographer, copyright period is: date when the photo was published (1940) + 70 years = 2010.

- Important: "the author is unknown" is NOT the same as "I don't know who the author is". You have to provide a reason why you think no one else can know it; otherwise the image shall be deleted.
