I do not fully understand Commons's copyright policy, so I do not have the nerve to change the licensing tag of this letter.

But I noticed that both stamps on this letter (File:DBP 1951 130 Posthorn.jpg and File:Notopfer Berlin.jpg are ineligible for copyright and therefore in the public domain. So am I right when I think this letter is in the public domain too? Sijtze Reurich (talk) 18:07, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
