議長も事務総長も閣僚席も揃って起立し、議員はタイミングを合わせて起立万歳しているのであれば、解散詔書の読み上げの場面であって、不信任可決の場面ではないと思われます。 I suppose it is not the moment of passage of no-confidence motion. It should be a reading of dissolution rescript. --Extrahitz (talk) 10:40, 10 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
