I have read this text and it isn't Arabic. It is definitely Turkic language (like Turkish, possibly Tatar) written in Arabic script. -- User:Rime

Quite true: I don't read Arabic script well, but the text on the Arabic-script plaque seems to be essentially the same as the one on the Cyrillic-script plaque ("Islamic Madrasah 'Mahinur'...", with a list of dignitaries and their various roles), which of course is in Tatar. -- Vmenkov (talk) 02:06, 11 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
yes I have read to two inscriptions. they both mean same but isn't equivalent translate. Arabic text reads: "Islam medresesi Reşid Abd-el-jebar oğlu Abd-el-hamid Seyd oğlu Marad Abd-el Mejid oğlu ve başka Müslüman kardeşleribiz yardemı bilen 29 oktober 1994 tarıhında işiklerin açtı. Allah razı bolsın." this list includes: who (persons) helped to build this Islamic school, that names listing... -- User:Rime
