Please do not makeup calling Nezami Ganjavi as an "Azerbaijani" as such an ethnicity did not exist back then. He was at least half Kurdish but even then, Poets are called by the language they used. He was definitely not Turkic as Kirakos of Ganja has mentioned the population of Ganja as majority Persian with some Christians before the Mongol invasion. He is also not called a "Turkish poet" by any reputable scholar and he cannot be called "Azerbaijani" as such an ethnicity did not exist back then. The minature in question is also a Persian minature as the text is Persian not Turkish.
