The copyright status of the statue in this photograph was discussed at ja:Wikipedia:井戸端/subj/屋外美術のEDPは廃止になったのですか？. A participant in the discussion (ぱたごん) writes that this statue by 松田裕康 is a replica of a statue by 岡崎雪聲 (1854-1921), whose copyrights have expired.
