This photograph obviously has been taken on the same occasion at the exhibition at Yad Vashem as File:Nazi Wandering Jew propaganda by David Shankbone.jpg.

According to information from Yad Vashem, the photograph must have been taken at the permanent exhibition of the historical museum in Yad Vashem, and the exhibition doesn't mention the authors of the pictures, but gives the following explanation:

"Posters used for Nazi propaganda and incitement. The main motifs relate to the Wandering Jew, foreign and threatening, a parasite that aspires to control the world."

The picture on the right hand side is again Le Juif-Errant (The Wandering Eternal Jew) by Gustave Doré, engraved by Pierre-Jean-Louis Dumont, which first appeared on the title page of the 5 June 1852 edition of La Journal Pour Rire in Paris. A reproduction of the wood-engraving was shown in the Nazi-exhibition Der Ewige Jude in Germany and Austria 1937–1938.

The picture on the left hand side appeared on September 28th 1944 on the first page of the antisemitic weekly Nazi-paper Der Stürmer, with additional headline and caption. This print can be found on the educational page by Randall Bytwerk http://www.calvin.edu/academic/cas/gpa/sturmer.htm.

The picture is perhaps by cartoonist Josep Plank (Joseph Planka), who was working under the pseudonym “Seppla” for the satirical journal de:Die Brennessel, which appeared weekly from 1931 till 1938.

A signature can be found in the upper right corner. In the upper left corner, there is a Magen David. The inscript within the hexagon reads:

"DU SOLLST DIE VÖLKER DER ERDE FRESSEN" ("You shall eat (gobble up) the nations of the earth.")

The motiv, style and signature are very similar to the picture en:File:OctopusNAS1.jpg, which is a cartoon "Jüdische Weltherrschaft" by Plank from 1938, depicting Winston Churchill as an octupus wearing a Magen David as a glory.
