The camera location is obviously wrong. It shows exactly the same coordinates as https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Stone_River_DPRK_(14837682204).jpg (and maybe much others from the same photographer - see my comment there).

I guess, that this photo shows the cave some 11 km east of Pujon, where one of Kim Il Sung's wifes allegedly had hidden from the Japanese during WW-II ~ 160 km (100 mi) northeast of the specified location. — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.173.135.112 (talk) 21:32, 18 January 2017 (UTC)

The mislocation might have happened due to notorious GPS jamming in North Korea.
