Visible watermark on the photo/ Copyright

This photo contains a visible watermark with a copyright symbol and the name of the photographer. I am not sure of the rules for this, but I believe this may be in violation of the license on the Commons and its practices for visible watermarks? -- Rohini (talk) 07:47, 20 April 2023 (UTC)
