Scaled and saved as JPEG with IrfanView. Refer to hardcopy of settings in previous version.

Signal chain: Harvested tiles from source at Raremaps → stitched with jpegtran → doublings removed with Gimp and mentioned Python script → saved as PNG → opened and scaled with IrfanView → saved as JPEG. Exception: "Tilted L", constituted by topmost and leftmost 127 pixels, are subject to an additional JPEG generation loss.
