Mike Shinoda complained on his blog, that this picture is not a good one of him.
Would be good to change it! it's from 2005!
- Its not a question of good or not good, we can have images of a person from all years. Its a question of freely licensed images available or not. This image is freely licensed by the copyright holder. --Martin H. (talk) 22:30, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
Okay, but if Mike Shinoda himself is not really happy about that
why couldnt another picture be used?
- If we have another picture we can use it. The copyright holder of that picture, the photographer, has to release the image under a free license so that everyone can reuse the image everywhere, for ever, for every purpose including commercial reuse, modification, storing the image and offering it to others. See Commons:Project scope#required licensing terms. Thats the basic requirement. Maybe he himself knows some photographer who is willings to waive his economic interests and give this to COM:OTRS in written form. --Martin H. (talk) 00:39, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
Okay I told him that.
But If I have taken a picture of him, can it be used? Because I'm okay with contribute the image usages etc.
