Where is this?

Although there are coords given in the meta-data, that location isn't anywhere near a railway line. There is another photo by this Flickr contributor File:MelvL 142 (5672762354).jpg on which the logo of the carriages can be discerned as the Kuranda Scenic Railway, and the style of the carriages here is similar to that photo (although no logo can be seen) and dense forest nearby is consistent with the rainforest along the Kuranda route, so I am categorising as Kuranda Scenic Railway.
