Oh, then we might have a problem. Our license-policy COM:L requires that the copyright-holder releases uploaded images also for commercial re-use (see also Commons:Licensing/Justifications). However, images of living persons, such as this one, are additionally restricted for strictly commercial use, for example the use for advertising; see Commons:Country specific consent requirements. This is independant from copyright. So, the copyright-status of an image may allow commercial use, but the personality rights of the depicted may not. --Túrelio (talk) 16:35, 3 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
