Blaisdell who published it in the 1910s (1919 at most) as per the statement on the image. Therefore the Arkansas State Archives lacks the authority to tell users how to use the image (this means the statement "Use and reproduction of images held by the Arkansas State Archives without prior written permission is prohibited." is not true here because the state archives is not the original publisher and cannot have copyright over public domain images published previously) WhisperToMe (talk) 05:37, 6 March 2021 (UTC)
