Source(s)?
[edit]@Zorion: , what are the sources for this map? It gives very precise precentage of English native speakers. Which censuses (of which years) have been used? I think it's crucial to provide theses informations, since the map is widely used. Otherwise there is a risk of spreading incorrect, outdated or false informations. Thanks ;) Skimel (talk) 10:21, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Skimel: I tried to find out on Internet where were the informations two years ago, the map cause I had just copied it, and I have got nothing. --Zorion (talk) 18:25, 25 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Zorion: Thanks for your honest answer. Where did you copy the map from? that might be a good starting point to retrieve the infos, and update the map if needs be. Skimel (talk) 14:01, 26 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Skimel: I don't remember so if it has to be removed for the lack of sources, just do it. It seems realistic, at least for Canada . --Zorion (talk) 18:02, 26 December 2019 (UTC)

Accuracy
[edit]Wikipedia states that 60% of Nigerians speak english, and yet none of Nigeria's provinces are highlighted on this map. What's going on here? Alexcs114 (talk) 03:42, 19 October 2023 (UTC)
- @Alexcs114 It may be because the map focuses on native speakers, not 2nd language English speakers. Skimel (talk) 13:37, 20 October 2023 (UTC)
