Arbitrary

This map is highly arbitrary. A criterion should be set for what constitutes a significant minority. France, Canada, New Zealand have large Romanian-speaking minorities and this is not shown on the map. On the other hand, Japan has almost no Romanian minority to speak of (I'm one of that insignificant minority), but it's marked with a green square.
